Operating Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm, they make it easy to place an order via a freephone line or email.

Priced with transparency in mind, their website lets customers order heating oil and solid fuels such as coal and wood, along with useful fuel additives. Deliveries typically arrive the same day—but during peak times or in bad weather, a short delay of up to 48 hours may occur, though they strive to keep disruptions to a minimum.

What truly distinguishes New City Fuels is the praise they receive from their local community. Customers frequently comment on their “Great service with a smile, fast and well priced,” while others say an oil top-up was delivered the very same day—earning them a well-deserved recommendation.
