Vale Fuels Heating oil supplier

Vale Fuels is a family-run business established in 1999, devoted to delivering a warm and professional service to customers across Derry/Londonderry and surrounding areas. Building on solid experience, they blend friendly customer care with quality fuel delivery at competitive pricing.

They aim to fulfill most orders with same‑day delivery whenever possible, supported by a modern fleet equipped with the latest meter technology to ensure every delivery is accurate and seamless. Customers in BT47 and BT49 postcodes enjoy flexible ordering starting from just 100 litres, all tailored to keep homes cosy and worry-free.

Based at 166 Clooney Road in Greysteel, Vale Fuels also offers convenient features such as an online savings plan that allows customers to spread the cost of their orders—payments can be scheduled weekly or monthly, and pauses or adjustments are always within the customer’s control. Every payment is confirmed via email, and the account balance can be applied against the next delivery, all managed through an easy-to-use online portal.

They keep things personal too—customers can sign up for email price alerts to stay informed about changing rates, while gift vouchers offer a thoughtful way to keep loved ones warm during colder months.
